This year..

I shall lose extra weight by eating healthy and avoid eating all the crap that i do, day in day out. Massive cut down on like the 5 chocolate bars i eat a day etctc. Drink lots more water and tea, less coke and sprite >< I shall cut down on smoking. Don’t feel like giving up but i will cut down in a big way. Say more like 8 a day than 16 a day.
