I shall lose extra weight by eating healthy and avoid eating all the crap that i do, day in day out. Massive cut down on like the 5 chocolate bars i eat a day etctc. Drink lots more water and tea, less coke and sprite ><
I shall cut down on smoking. Don’t feel like giving up but i will cut down in a big way. Say more like 8 a day than 16 a day.
I shall stop being late when i’m meeting up with my friends. Ollie in particular because i know i’m always half an hour later than the planned time and i always make him wait around
That’s all so far because i’m super tired and am going to have a nap. There were foxes outside my window screeching for hours last night and i didn’t get to sleep til past 5am:( sweet dreams and see you on the other side
